Terms of Use
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Draft pending legal review: this page is an initial draft prepared by the Munasaba team and will undergo professional legal review before its final adoption.
Welcome to Munasaba. These terms govern your use of the Munasaba platform, including the main site, the venue portal, and related applications. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are & acceptance of these terms
Munasaba is a Jordanian occasions platform that connects hosts with their guests, service providers, and venues, offering planning tools, invitations, digital naqout gifting, and a service-provider directory.
By using the platform or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the platform.
2. Accounts & roles
The platform offers accounts for occasion hosts, for service providers (including venues, which get a dedicated management portal), and administrative accounts for the Munasaba team.
To create an account you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and current information, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
3. Planning tools & guest data
The platform provides hosts with tools such as checklists, budgets, guest lists, seating charts, a public occasion site, and event-night guest check-in.
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the guest data they enter, and confirm they have the right to enter it and have obtained consent where required.
4. Digital naqout & CliQ transfers
The digital naqout service shows guests the CliQ alias chosen by the host, so transfers go directly from the guest's banking app to the host's account.
Munasaba is not a payment intermediary or financial institution: we do not receive or hold funds, we take no commission on naqout, we are not a party to the bank transfer, and we do not guarantee its completion or refund. Any dispute over a CliQ transfer is resolved with the bank concerned.
Contribution records on the platform are an indicative log that helps the host track and thank contributors; they are not financial proof.
5. Gift registry
Hosts can create a gift registry that guests browse and contribute to. Monetary contributions happen outside the platform via CliQ, in the same way described in the previous section.
6. Service providers & venues
Service providers must keep their business profile (descriptions, prices, photos) accurate, current, and specific to their business, must own the rights to the content they upload, and grant the platform a license to display it in the directory and platform pages.
Contracting, booking, and payment between a client and a service provider happen directly between the two parties. The platform is a discovery, communication, and management tool — not a party to those contracts — and does not guarantee the quality or delivery of services.
The venue portal is a tool for managing calendars, clients, payments, performance reports, and event-night check-in; portal users are responsible for the client and payment records they enter.
7. Featured plans
We offer service providers paid plans that highlight their profiles in the directory. Prices, durations, and the payment mechanism are shown clearly before purchase, and a featured plan does not guarantee specific business results.
If a provider profile is removed for violating these terms during a paid plan, amounts are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
8. SMS messages & verification
By providing your phone number you agree to receive verification codes and operational messages related to your account and occasions (such as confirmations and important alerts). Standard carrier message rates may apply.
You can ask us to stop non-essential messages through our support channels; some security messages (like verification codes) are necessary for the account to function.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose; to publish content that is abusive, misleading, or infringing on property or privacy rights; to impersonate others; to collect other users' data without right; or to attempt to disrupt the platform or bypass its technical controls.
The platform may remove violating content and restrict or suspend violating accounts, notifying the account holder where feasible.
10. Intellectual property
The Munasaba name, logo, platform design, and software belong to the platform and may not be used without prior written permission.
Content uploaded by users remains theirs, with a non-exclusive license granted to the platform to display and operate it within its services.
11. Limitation of liability
The platform provides its services "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, nor for damages arising from dealings between users or from bank transfers made outside the platform.
12. Account termination
You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion through the support channels listed on the Help page.
The platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with prior notice where possible and appropriate.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We publish the updated version with its last-updated date and notify users of material changes through an appropriate channel. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept it.
15. Contact us
For any questions about these terms, please visit the Help & Contact page on the platform.
